It also supports file formats like .txt,. html (for direct viewing of saved web pages). A video player by Real Networks Inc., RealPlayer is bundled for viewing videos in high quality. Sadly, it comes with only two games, RollerCoaster Revolution(99 tracks) by Digital Chocolate Inc. and DJ Mix Tour. There are no default wallpapers or themes except the Nokia theme having colour choices.

Advantages:

1.     The most competitive and cost effective touchscreen smartphone in the market.

2.     Stunning screen clarity, with high definition TV like experience(if videos converted with proper settings)

3.     Wide array of apps (including PDF, Word, Powerpoint viewers), games and themes through Ovi Store and the Internet.

4.     Above average music playback quality

5.     Sturdy body due to brand Nokia.

6.     Best, among similar priced phones in the 6000 range.

Disadvantages:

1.     Mono speaker, low sound output

2.     Some glitches during restart(if loaded with apps)

3.     No 3G, Wi-Fi, flash in camera

4.     No GPS antenna for direct and accurate positioning and navigation(although the Nokia website mentions it as having A-GPS, you can only get maps and an approximate network based location)

5.     Absence of default mobile tracker or password protection for messages(both can be done with apps)

This is a place where you will find ALL that you need to know and have once you buy a Symbian Series 60 version 5 smartphone, in specific the Nokia 5233 (or  Nokia 5228, 5230, 5235, 5250, 5530 XpressMusic, 5800 XpressMusic, C5-03, C6-00, N97, N97 Mini, X6, Samsung i8910 Omnia HD, Sony Ericsson Satio, Vivaz, Vivaz Pro).

You do not have any idea of how powerful your s60v5 phone is, and what it can do. Even I didn't, and I was amazed to discover that it indeed satisfies all of our needs. You think it, we have it. At least for me, except one or two functionalities, all others were found in some or the other app scattered on the Internet. Through this blog, I'm simply distributing the information which I've gathered through various experiences(been there done that), people, and of course, the web.

Although all content will be basically meant for the 5233, it should work without problems on the other Nokia devices, and  with some possible hiccups in the others.

All the apps, games,themes,videos, etc. have been actually tried and tested by me, and wherever possible, known bugs and issues have been mentioned.
